The Italian macaron course is perfect for introducing you to the art of fine pastry making.
This course lasts approximately 2-3 hours. You will make Italian macarons from start to finish. You will be able to fill all your macarons yourself (one filling per participant). You will learn all the secrets to successful Italian macarons. These are macarons made according to the traditional recipe, with a smooth, shiny, and not-too-sweet shell, where the crisp exterior blends with the soft, melt-in-your-mouth interior. You will leave with a box of at least 25-30 beautiful macarons. Back home, try again several times and get to know your oven and master your piping bag. Then, it will be up to you to decorate them as you wish!
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your place, payable by Interac e-Transfer via email to passion-desserts@hotmail.com. Please bring a small snack and a bottle of water.
