You will leave with your most sublime creation and will serve 8 to 12 guests, to everyone's delight!!!

Learning
-The recipe for the almond biscuit, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside
Roll, cut (letter, number or shape of your choice) and bake the cookies
-The recipe for creamy mascarpone cream
-Use a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle to make perfect little balls of cream

- Arrange and decorate your masterpiece. Fruits, macarons, flowers, meringues... will be available for decoration.
